How We Use Your Information

Your data is used solely to operate the GuestsFirst app for your team. We use it to manage turnovers, inspections, maintenance schedules, and to send push notifications about task status updates. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Data Storage

All data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore and Cloud Storage). Photos are stored in Firebase Cloud Storage. Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS).

Third-Party Services

GuestsFirst may connect to Hostfully to sync reservation data if configured by your team administrator. No data is shared with other third-party services.

Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your team's account is active. If you wish to have your data deleted, contact us at chase@huggaretreats.com.
